Former President Richard Nixon’s California home is up for sale again, at a slightly reduced price from what it was listed for three years ago.

The San Clemente estate Nixon used as a retreat during his presidency is back on the market for $63.5 million after disappearing from the Multiple Listing Service in October, the Orange County Register reports.

Current owner Allergan CEO Gavin S. Herbert listed Nixon’s “Western White House” in 2015 for $75 million, but no one seemed to bite on the 5.45 acre cliff-side property. It reappeared on Multiple Listing Service in April 2016 for $69 million, then was taken down off the listing service in October.

The house itself is around 9,000 square feet and the surrounding structures add another 6,000 square footage of indoor space. The compound includes a pavilion with bar, guest suite and den, a guest house with two bedrooms, pool terrace, tennis court, a gazebo overlooking the cliffs, staff houses and security annexes. Nixon purchased the seaside home in 1969 after he asked one of his presidential aides to find a suitable presidential hideaway, the LA Times reported in 2007. He escaped to the home — which he refurbished and dubbed “La Casa Pacifica” frequently during his presidency.

According to the Nixon Memorial Library, the owner of a local San Clemente Mexican restaurant recalled what Nixon told him about the name: “I want the world to someday be in peace.”

The home is located next to U.S. Marine Corps base Camp Pendleton, a convenient location for Marine One to land with the president on board. Nixon entertained celebrities and world leaders at the home after putting in a swimming pool and adding a privacy fence to the villa.

Herbert, a big Republican donor, bought the home in the late 1980s as the Nixon’s moved to New York.
