President Trump on Saturday tweeted a scathing condemnation of special counsel Robert Mueller’s “Rigged Witch Hunt” as well as “FBI lovers” Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, stating that “only collusion” existed between them and Democrats.
“Public opinion has turned strongly against the Rigged Witch Hunt and the ‘Special’ Counsel because the public understands that there was no Collusion with Russia (so ridiculous), that the two FBI lovers were a fraud against our Nation & that the only Collusion was with the Dems!” Trump tweeted, not saying Mueller by name.

Trump’s tweet comes after and presumably refers to a new Washington Post-Schar School poll which showed opposition to Mueller’s investigation is increasing. While the poll showed 49 percent of the public approve of Mueller’s actions, down from 50 percent in the same January poll, the percentage of respondents opposed rose sharply from 31 percent to 45 percent.
