Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Napolitano praised Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh for his testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on “Special Report With Bret Baier” on Thursday evening.

“I’m in general agreement with all of my colleagues Bret. I had characterized the position of the nomination as a very perilous at 3:00 this afternoon, and as Judge Kavanaugh, being at the bottom of the hole, he has dug himself out of the hole. He came back swinging about as effectively as any human could,” Napolitano said.
He continued, “Judge If you are looking for an excuse or reason to vote for him, you have it. If you are looking for an excuse to vote against him, you have it because Dr. Ford was also credible.”
Kavanaugh and the first woman who accused him of sexual misconduct, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, testified on the validity of the accusations she levied against him.
