The only man who allegedly witnessed Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assault Dr. Christine Blasey Ford sent a letter to the Chairman and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee refuting the third accuser’s claims of sexual misconduct.

The letter said, “The allegations in the Swetnick affidavit are so bizarre, that even while suffering from my addiction, I would remember actions so outlandish. I categorically deny them.”

It went on to refute Swetnick’s claims that Judge and Kavanaugh drugged women and participated in gang raping intoxicated women back while they were in high school.

“I will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that is assigned to confidentially investigate these allegations,” the letter concluded.

Judge wrote in a letter released Thursday evening, “As I stated in my attorney, Barbara Van Gelder’s September 18, 2018, letter, I did not ask to be involved in this matter nor did anyone ask me to be involved. We have told the Committee that I do not want to comment about these events publicly.” (RELATED: Mark Judge Says He Avoids Public Speaking Due To Depression, Anxiety)

Judge had also previously issued a statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee denying all the allegations levied against him and Kavanaugh.
