Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s family is about to grow again with reports that the pair are expecting again via a surrogate.
Multiple reports surfaced Wednesday, with People magazine confirming the 38-year-old reality television star and 41-year-old rapper are expecting baby number four. The Kardashian-West family already consists of three kids, North, 5, Saint, 3 and Chicago, 1 (via a surrogate).
A source close to the “Keeping Up With Kardashians” star shared in August that she loves being a mom but that the couple weren’t “in a huge rush” to add to their family. (RELATED: Check Out Kim Kardashian’s Most Scandalous Pics To Celebrate Her Birthday [SLIDESHOW])

“They have absolutely talked about trying for another baby with the help of a surrogate, but nothing seems decided for sure,” an insider shared at the time. “Chicago is still little, and they have time.”
“They don’t seem to be in a huge rush,” the source added. “They would use the same surrogate if she agrees to help them again. Kim can’t say enough kind words about the surrogate.”
Not known for being shy, Kardashian explained during an interview last year with Elle magazine that her husband wants to have a big family. But she admitted she couldn’t see them having any more than four kids because her time is already spread thin.
“I don’t think I could handle more than that,” the reality star explained. “My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”
Their third child, Chicago, was born last January via a surrogate. As previously reported, Kim shared in 2017 she was advised not to have another child because she has placenta accreta, a life-threatening condition that caused complications with the birth of her second child, Saint.
