With roughly two months until the 2020 presidential election, a larger share of registered voters say they back Democratic nominee Joe Biden over President Donald Trump.

Biden currently leads Trump by 7.6 points according to Real Clear Politics polling average, and a number of polls throughout the election cycle have given Biden a double-digit lead over Trump. Several election forecasts predict that Biden is very likely to beat Trump in November.
