President Joe Biden has laid out a plan to address an increase in anti-Asian hate crimes, but America is becoming a more dangerous place for residents of all kinds.
Biden recently proclaimed that his administration would take steps to change policing to protect Asian Americans, saying “[we] can’t be silent in the face of rising violence against Asian Americans.” He has been far more quiet about the rising murder rates nationwide, which started last year amid pandemic lockdowns and Black Lives Matter protests.
