Fox News host and Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson railed against elites Tuesday, arguing that they have, to a certain degree, some tolerance for pedophilia.

“Epstein continued to dine with business moguls and heads of state long after he was arrested for having sex with minors,” Carlson told his audience. “How did he do that? Why did nobody say anything? Why did people keep eating with him?”

“At the very least, we can conclude, based on the evidence, that there is a tolerance for pedophilia among some, among the most powerful in our society — a tolerance you would not find in, say, your average middle-class family,” Carlson concluded. Prior to the segment, Carlson was careful not to endorse the idea of a “shadowy cabal of pedophiles who use their power to hide the crimes they commit against children” in the highest levels of politics and finance, calling the notion “far out” and “too dark and strange to be true.” However, Carlson argued, “you can kind of see why people might believe it.”

Pedophiles have been seemingly gaining representation among the LGBTQ community as Minor Attracted People (MAPs). “You don’t choose to be heterosexual, or to be gay, or whatever you are, and you don’t get to choose to be a minor-attracted person,” Miranda Galbreath of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists argued.
