Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) mixed martial artist Scott “Hot Sauce” Holtzman’s son Hayes stole the show at his weigh-in Friday for UFC Orlando.

Hayes Holtzman flexed his muscles in front of his dad to the sound of a cheering crowd, a video posted to UFC’s official Twitter account shows.

The elder Holtzman then picked up his son and placed him on his shoulders while stepping onto the weigh-in scale. Both father and son flexed and smiled as the crowd continued to cheer.

An announcer can be heard off-camera saying Scott Holtzman weighed in at 155.5 pounds, while Hayes remained on his father’s shoulders the entire time.

Holtzman, 39, is classified as a lightweight division UFC fighter with an overall win-loss-draw record of 14-5-0, a technical knockout record of 5-2 and a 2-0 submission record, according to ESPN.

Holtzman is scheduled to face fellow lightweight division fighter Clay Guida on Saturday night. Holtzman previously announced he will retire following the match to focus on his family, regardless of the contest’s outcome, according to UFC’s official website. “I’ve done a lot and I’m ready to transition into dad life,” Holtzman said, according to UFC. “You miss the first four, five years of a kid’s life just being away from home and having to train, and it’s been hard on me. I never had a real dominant father figure, so I felt this sense of duty to give back and make sure that I’m present, and that’s what I want to do.”

Holtzman’s last fight is Dec. 2, at 7 p.m., as part of “UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Holland” taking place at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
