A transgender pedophile caught in possession of child pornography was spared jail time after discussions over whether the biological man should be housed in a male or female prison, according to DailyMail.
Former prison worker Tanya Howes was told by magistrates that Howes’ actions “would normally attract immediate custody,” but they made the unusual decision to suspend Howes’ year in jail after the debate over where to house the man caused a “time lag.”
Toss this person in the biological male prison. If someone commits any type of child porn crimes or sexual assault crime, I don’t care what they identify as. They belong in the prison that aligns with their biological sex.
