Someone reportedly broke into a young woman’s car in the Hollywood District of Portland, according to a viral video. The woman narrating the video alleged the girl was thrifting for 15 minutes when someone broke all the windows and pooped in her car.
That’s so disgusting. I mean I know Portland likes to keep it weird, but this is just nasty.
