A video shared online in October showed the disgusting moment a sewage pipe burst in the village of Gorky, Russia, covering a teacher and student in filth.
The footage shows the older female teacher and younger male student sitting on a bench in a hallway, the boy working on his laptop while both are looking forward. In what seems like a split second, the wall behind them both bursts, covering them in brown, poopy water.
Both teacher and student ran like the wind to get away from the deluge, but the damage was already done. We’re hoping they were able to clean themselves off quickly, because sewage is a hotbed for all types of horrific diseases, from things like E. coli to gastroenteritis, according to the New York Post.

And this should probably be more of a concern for Russians than they may realize. When I typed in the words “Russia Sewage” on Twitter, I was met with a stream of videos showing raw, untreated sewage covering the streets of Krasnodar, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, the Arkhangelsk region, and more. It seems like Russia is having a rough time keeping their shit together during this war, huh?
