Brent Gardner

VP of Government Affairs, Americans for Prosperity

Brent Gardner serves as Vice President of Government Affairs for AFP. He has worked with AFP since 2011, when he left the National Rifle Association to come aboard as Director of Federal Affairs. Brent started his work in policy as field director recruiting and training conservative college students with the Leadership Institute’s Conservative Leadership Program. Throughout his career Brent has worked to advance policies that improve economic freedom and wellbeing through limiting harmful government regulations, wasteful spending, and high taxes. He is a native of western New York.
