Research Fellow, Center for Competitive PoliticsBrian joined the Center for Competitive Politics in June 2015 as a Research Fellow. As a member of the External Relations Department, Brian conducts original research on the effects of campaign finance regulations and the need to protect and preserve the First Amendment right to free political speech.
