He’s held numerous positions within – and as counsel to – several Washington-based, national and international media organizations. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bass has counseled varied foreign interests as well has provided government relations and regulatory counsel for clients interacting with the Departments of State, Energy, Treasury, Commerce and Defense, and has also performed extensive work with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and states’ Departments of Insurance.
