Heather Greenaway

Heather Greenaway is the executive director of the Workforce Fairness Institute (WFI). <br /> <br /> Heather has managed political grassroots and earned media campaigns from Capitol Hill to the campaign trail. Heather works with the team at WWP strategies and manages campaigns for Fortune 100 corporations, major associations, and trade organizations. Heather serves as a strategic partner to clients and leads the execution of integrated efforts that combined activities ranging from interactive and earned media campaigns to field operations to coalition building across the United States. <br /> <br /> WFI is dedicated to voter education and grassroots mobilization on issues related to workplace fairness. WFI succeeded in mobilizing opposition to the Employee Free Choice Act, a federal bill initiated by Big Labor to eliminate the secret ballot in workplace elections. WFI continues to be a leading voice in opposing Big Labor’s agenda in workplace matters.
