Marla Goodman is a research analyst at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution focusing on innovation and intellectual property rights. She received her Master’s from the School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at UCSD in 2013. Marla has private, public, and academic research experience in the fields of sustainable technology and environmental policy.<br /> <br /> Richard Sousa is senior associate director and a research fellow at the Hoover Institution. He served as director of the library and archives from 2007 to 2012. He has been at Hoover since 1990.
