Miles Taylor is the co-founder and senior editor of Partisans.org. He served as a White House appointee during the George W. Bush Administration at the Department of Homeland Security. His writings have appeared in The Chicago Tribune, The World Politics Review and Arms Control Today and have also been published by the Legatum Institute.
