Stephen Porter, a retired Senior Partner at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Arnold & Porter, has practiced law in the nation’s capital for 45 years. Among many civic leadership roles, he is the immediate past chairman of the D.C. Chamber of Commerce and is a Trustee of the National Endowment for the Arts. Hal Gershowitz is the founder and CEO of New Century Information Services, was formerly Senior Vice President of Waste Management, Inc., and is an award-winning author ("Remember This Dream," Bantam Books, 1988).
