Samir Kapadia is the Executive Assistant to The Heritage Foundation’s Vice President of Government Relations, Michael G. Franc. <br /> <br /> Kapadia’s primary responsibility is to monitor developments in the House of Representatives, Senate and White House as they affect policy issues of concern to Heritage. His previous Hill experience includes internships in both the House and Senate. <br /> <br /> While studying British Politics at University College London, Kapadia conducted research at the House of Commons and wrote an independent dissertation entitled “Why Do Lobbyists Bother with Parliament?” <br /> <br /> Proficient in six languages, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Georgetown University.
