Sen. Chuck Grassley

Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa is the author of the original wind energy production tax credit. He is a senior member and former chairman and ranking member of the Finance Committee, with jurisdiction over tax policy. He is ranking member of the Judiciary Committee and expected to become chairman of that committee when the new Congress convenes in January.
