Ted Gover is the Associate Director of the Tribal Administration Certificate Program at Claremont Graduate University, a program for the employees of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians focusing on Tribal law, management, economic development and intergovernmental relations. Additionally, Ted is the Program Director of the Academy of Tribal &amp; Local Government, an LLC that provides Native American Tribes with training in governance, economic development, management, public relations, intergovernmental relations and Tribal law, history and culture.

<br /> <br /> Ted is the Executive Director of the Foundation For California, a nonprofit educational foundation that conducts conferences, seminars and exhibits on public policy issues in California, the U.S. and beyond.<br /> <br /> For over 18 years, Ted has served as a consultant to the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the world renown Museum of Tolerance, helping to forge their programs in Washington, D.C. and Asia. <br /> <br /> Ted is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and Claremont Graduate University, where he earned a B.A. in American Government and an M.A. in American Politics. He is currently a doctoral candidate of political science at Claremont Graduate University. 

<br /> While an undergraduate student, Ted studied abroad in Tokyo, beginning an academic and professional relationship with Asia. Over the past 15 years, Ted has coordinated several exhibits and conferences in Asia and the Middle East, as well as having led a number of academic and business delegations to the region.<br /> <br /> When he is not otherwise engaged, Ted is an avid swimmer and reader of American political history and U.S. foreign policy. <br /> <br /> Ted is a native of California. He was born and raised in Coronado, California and later moved to Claremont for college and graduate school.
