The ex-boyfriend of Fitchburg State College freshman was arraigned in a hospital bed today on charges he killed 19-year-old Allison Myrick, who has obtained at least two restraining orders to keep him away from her, authorities said.
Robert Gulla, 19, was charged with first-degree murder after allegedly stabbing and shooting to death Myrick. Gulla, who remained in critical condition today, was arraigned in his hospital bed at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. He was also charged with violating at least two restraining orders she had against him.
