BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.–A 42-year-old man was arrested for filing a false police report after calling authorities in California claiming he was sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy, according to police.
Boynton Beach police arrested Paul Hartness just after 10 p.m. Thursday.
