GRANITE BAY, Calif. (CBS13) ― An 88-year-old man has been arrested and accused of domestic violence after a fight over a new toilet spun out of control, according to authorities.
Placer County Sheriff’s deputies said Antone Rodrigues and his 78-year-old wife began arguing after he insisted on installing a new toilet into their Granite Bay home by himself, while his wife insisted on calling on contractor.
At one point, Rodrigues allegedly put his hands on his wife’s face and shoved her to the ground, authorities said.
