Google and News Corp extend Myspace deal

SAN FRANCISCO (DOW JONES) — Google Inc. has renewed its search and advertising agreement with News Corp.’s Myspace social networking site, signing a multiyear agreement that now includes display advertising, but no revenue guarantees.

Under the worldwide deal, Google will continue to power searches and search advertising on Myspace, and provide additional display ads and services on a non-exclusive basis.
