WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama meets with labor leaders at the White House on Friday.
A dozen leaders from the country’s largest unions will meet with the president. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis also will attend the meeting.
The meeting follows Obama’s get-together Wednesday with executives of 20 major U.S. companies.
Earlier Friday, the president is to meet with Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. That follows a meeting with senior advisers.
