This student really wanted to get something off his chest at airport security.

Aaron Tobey, 21, was arrested for a strip protest at Richmond Airport in Virginia that revealed the Fourth Amendment written across his chest to officials.

Now he is suing the U.S. government for violating his rights in the Fourth Amendment, following the stunt that aimed to show security procedures are too invasive.
