RAISING MCCAIN
Producer: Go Go Luckey Entertainment; Julie Auerbach, Henry Capanna, Tina Gazzerro
A genre-busting docu-talk series following Meghan McCain, the outspoken daughter of Senator John McCain, on the road talking to unexpected experts, regular people and members of her generation, exploring the most important and unusual questions of the day framed by Meghan’s experiences in her personal life. (10 X :30)
This is going to be the biggest thing since Current TV. It’s about time somebody created a television channel for the young people. And who’s younger than Meghan McCain? Not you!
Speaking of old, here’s an oldie in honor of this great news:
Only four months until Meghan busts some genres with her docu-talk. I don’t even know what that is! Isn’t it great?
Update: Uh-oh, you guys!
Every move of my life is followed by conservative trolls on the internet having class five meltdowns about my very existence… #predictable

The Daily Caller takes the uber-sexist attacks on Meghan McCain to a whole new level: mediamatters.org/blog/2013/03/2…

Not just sexist, but uber-sexist. That’s way worse.
If you make fun of a woman, that’s sexist. Because she’s a woman. If you make fun of a man, that’s not sexist. Because he’s not a woman.
Update: More uber-sexism. Actually, I think that’s probably mega-uber-sexism.
Update: Ultra-mega-uber-sexism.
Update: Ms. McCain has more to say.
I’ve seen the daily callers incredibly sexist and offensive article and cartoon in response to the announcement of my new talk show.

I will have more to say tonight but the reason why I am so empowered to do this show with PIVOT is because of my lifetime of experience with

sexism and attacks. I refuse to be a part of this type of hate and bullying and I am honored to now have this platform to help change things
— Meghan McCain (@MeghanMcCain) March 28, 2013
Actually I have nothing else to say. I have a show premiering next summer where I will be addressing among other things sexism and bullying.
