It’s hard to enjoy the spoils of sport fishing when a sea lion suddenly decides to take your fish. That’s exactly what happened to this poor soul while filming an episode of a show called “Chef on the Water” in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Both of the men in the video managed to catch large dorados, or as we know them, mahi-mahi. However, a sea lion that local fisherman have nicknamed “Pancho” swooped in while the guys posed with their catch.
It’s time we let sea lions know they can’t just go around robbing people. Pancho’s antics should not be encouraged, but rather punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Also, the guy on the left sounds like he’s spent a little too much time out in the sun, or alternatively too much time in Jamaica partaking in local herbal remedies.
