A Texas man is suing a stripper because he wants his Harry Potter DVDs and other stuff back, now that he’s learned she’s not in love with him.
Robert Wallace, 32, thought he was dating exotic dancer Nomi Mims, who he met at a Houston strip club. He loaned her a laptop, $2,000, and his precious Harry Potter DVD collection, reports Houston Fox affiliate KRIV, and now he wants it back.
But Mims maintains the two were not dating, and that the cash, laptop and DVDs were gifts. “I don’t believe in loans, because I don’t want to have to pay anybody back,” she told KRIV.
According to Wallace, the pair broke up May 3, and after giving her a week to return his stuff, he decided to file suit. But Mims raises a great point in the video: “I’ve given him gifts too. You know, how do I get my booty and boobs back?”
Wallace admitted he did know this was a possibility, and he won’t be dating anymore strippers.
“No refunds in the strip club,” Mims told KRIV. “We ain’t got no layaway plans either,” she added.
