One of the biggest challenges with staying in shape is getting in solid cardio workouts.
Bros can lift as much they want, but they’ll never carve up those pythons without burning away the fat surrounding them.
For centuries, the only ways to improve your cardio were running or swimming, but we’re not in the stone age anymore. It’s 2015, and I’d like to introduce you to a little concept called “high-intensity interval training.”
WARNING: These workouts are not for the faint of heart, so I’ve invited Playboy’s 2012 Playmate-of-the-Year Jaclyn Swedberg to help ease the pain.
Enough chitchat. Let’s do this.

Chest/Back Circuit (Upright Rows, Back Extensions, Dumbbell Bench, Dumbbell Flys: 4 sets, 30 seconds of each)
Leg Circuit #2 (Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts, Squat Jumps: 4 sets, 30 seconds each)
Battle Ropes part 2 (50-100 reps)
Class dismissed.
