The Cleveland Indians suffered quite a scare during Tuesday’s game against the Chicago White Sox.
In the top of the 1st-inning, Indians starter Carlos Carrasco was struck in the face by line-drive off the bat of White Sox outfielder Melky Cabrera.

Carrasco — who just signed a 4-year contract, worth $22 million, last week — was eventually helped off the field by two Indians trainers. Though he suffered a jaw contusion, manager Terry Francona said the team did not expect any complications with his eventual return.
