Though Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy announcement was the big news from Sunday night’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” episode, the Kardashian-Jenner family also revealed that Bruce Jenner had surgery on his face so he could look more feminine.
“Have you guys talked to Bruce? Did you hear he’s having a surgery this week?” Kourtney asks.
Khloe later clarifies that it is “facial feminization surgery.” (RELATED: Bruce Jenner: ‘I Am A Woman’)
“Everything with Bruce is happening really quickly and I’m thinking in my head, ‘When is the last time that I took a picture with the Bruce that I grew up with for 25 years?'” Khloe said off camera.
