Colin Cowherd is the latest talk show host to leave sports-broadcasting giant, ESPN.

“The Herd” host’s departure comes shortly after ESPN fired Keith Olbermann last month and Grantland-founder Bill Simmons in the spring. (RELATED: ESPN Gives Keith Olbermann The Axe… Again)

While he has not officially specified where he will be working next, Cowherd’s team is reportedly in talks with Fox Sports for a new show. Cowherd had been frustrated that his show was simulcast on a channel with such a low viewership (ESPNU), and ESPN president John Skipper addressed the move in a statement released Thursday morning:

We’ve enjoyed a mutually beneficial run with Colin for over a decade. He came to national prominence on ESPN with his unique perspective on sports and society. Endings also bring new beginnings, for ESPN and Colin, and we thank him and wish him the best.
