A new clip from “I Am Cait” reveals that Caitlyn Jenner wasn’t invited to Kylie Jenner’s graduation celebration in June.

“It wasn’t me making that decision,” Caitlyn said. “It was you making that decision. I was so disappointed in everybody.”
