Samantha Hoopes made headlines last week when she defended her right to wear revealing clothing, and now it looks like she is continuing that campaign.
The 24-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model posted a shirtless photo on Instagram Tuesday night.

After a girl was caught taking a picture of Hoopes’s short shorts inside a coffee shop in Hollywood, she went on a tirade and said she should be allowed to wear what she wants.
