The New York Police Department bragged on Twitter after arresting a man who was legally licensed to carry the guns, DNA Info reports.
Daniel Figueroa was arrested during a traffic stop on Sunday after he revealed to the police officer that he was carrying three loaded handguns, and that there was another loaded weapon in the car. (RELATED: Obama Order Unclear If Gun Owners Without Federal License Can Sell To Dealers)
The NYPD bragged on Twitter about their huge arrest and the cache of guns taken from Figueroa after charging him with 10 gun-related crimes.

There was one big problem for the NYPD, however. Figueroa has a license to carry a concealed weapon, a police source confirmed to DNA Info. (RELATED: More Guns Sold This Year On Black Friday Than Any Other Day On Record)
Figueroa was released and charged only with failure to have his gun license with him, driving with a suspended license and talking on the phone while driving. It is unclear if the NYPD has returned his guns to him.
