Donald Trump slammed Barack Obama’s deal making abilities, comparing the Bowe Bergdahl terrorist swap to his business deals.
In an ad posted on Monday, images of Bergdahl and the “Taliban Five” are set to circus music while Trump’s business deals are set to epic music. (RELATED: Bergdahl Attorney: Trump Could Face A Defamation Suit For His Comments [VIDEO])
Some of the deals that Trump highlights include his Boeing 757-200, Trump Tower in New York City, Mar-a-Lago in Florida, Trump’s golf course in Ireland, his TV show “Celebrity Apprentice,” and Trump Hotel Las Vegas to name a few.
Trump has been very critical of the Bergdahl deal, arguing at times during campaign events, “So we get this dirty, rotten, no-good traitor who 20 years ago would have been shot… Everybody was saying, he walked off, he’s a traitor. And they said he’s a whack job, but we made this deal knowing. Now, I would have said, ‘No really? He’s a traitor? Pass, let them have him. Frankly, I would take that son of a bitch, I’d fly him back and drop him right over the top. I’m telling you.”
The video concludes with the block lettered words, “It’s time for a president who understands the art of the deal.”
