Hillary Clinton, in an interview Wednesday night with Chris Matthews, appropriated a common phrase for male pain, saying that Bernie Sanders’ recent attacks against her have been a “low blow.”
Sanders has been harping on the fact that Hillary has received speaking fees from Goldman Sachs.
Clinton responded, “It’s really disappointing…Senator Sanders has started to get increasingly personal with his attacks, he even compared me to Dick Cheney last week, which you know is kind of a low blow.”
Hillary is a woman. A low blow would have little effect on her.
