An image has been circulating the internet Monday of a flier purporting to give $25-an-hour for attendants to attend a Des Moines Jeb Bush rally at noon.

In an email to Dale Herbert Events to find out more information, “Dale” responded, “Please arrive no later than 12 noon. Follow the signs for the Jeb Bush rally. Dale will be at a table near the entrance to check you in. Dress is ‘smart casual.’  Payment to be received upon exit.”

The number provided by the group could not be reached, upon first call the voicemail belonged to a man named “Jason.” It was subsequently changed to say the phone number belonged to Dale Herbert Events.

Tim Miller, the Jeb Bush’s communications director, insinuated to The Daily Beast that Conservative Solutions PAC, which supports Rubio, was responsible for the flyer. He said, “People usually tweet things they are proud of.” Jeff Sadosky is a spokesman for the group.

Sadosky told The Daily Caller, “We had nothing to do with it whatsoever.  They say it is a hoax and I have no reason to not believe them.  As to who is responsible for pranking them…no clue whatsoever.”

The Bush event was interrupted by two young men, one said, “We’ve been here for over two hours and we haven’t been paid for our time.” He continued to say, “I’m serious!”

Both were taken out out the event by security. Bush then joked that Young Republicans have been known to mess with rival GOP campaigns.

A Daily Mail reporter was approached by a young man who worked for “Dale Herbert Events” earlier in the day and told, “You don’t have to listen, just applaud every now and then. They need young people. It’s all about high energy.”
