“Education puts Americans into debt before they even get a chance to get started,” West tweeted. “We have to lower the price of textbooks.”
The 38-year-old rapper implied he would make changes to education in America when he runs for president in 2020. (RELATED: Kanye West: ‘I’m Running For President In 2020’)
Many were quick to point out that West’s friend would be making close to $90,000 a year with that paycheck.
