Xavier Basketball Player Balls Out So Hard He Gets Arrested

Xavier sophomore basketball star J.P. Macura was arrested Thursday morning.

Macura was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction after pulling his pants down in the Cincinnati bar R.P. McMurphy’s Irish Pub, according to Cincinnati.com. The rising college basketball star was also found in possession of a fake ID.

He was released Thursday afternoon after posting bail and will appear in court May 3. (RELATED: Prepare For The NCAA Tournament With The Women Of March Madness [SLIDESHOW])

“We have been made aware of this situation and we’re working to collect all the facts,” Xavier Associate Athletic Director for Communications Tom Eiser said in a released statement.

Macura was the Sixth Man of the Year in the Big East after averaging over nine points per game.
