On Friday, the 33-year-old actor pled not guilty in court and a judge released him on $150,00 bail with orders to stay 100 feet away from any place where children gather — including schools, parks, and arcades — according to TMZ.

The former “Glee” actor was also put on a GPS monitoring device and can not be left alone with any minors.

Salling was arrested in December for possession of child pornography. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
