Johnny Manziel might not play in the NFL for the 2016 season, but the Arena Football League will gladly take him.

“We could provide a strong platform for him to demonstrate that he is back. We would also work with him and provide him whatever help he needed to live a healthy life,” AFL commissioner Scott Butera told TMZ Sports. (SLIDESHOW: UFC Star Arianny Celeste Is Nearly Naked For All Her Fans In These Pictures)

The former Heisman winner didn’t respond to TMZ Sports’ request for comment on if he’d consider the offer. (RELATED: Meet The Playboy Model Johnny Manziel Is Vacationing With In Mexico [PHOTOS])

Manziel hasn’t had much interest from NFL teams after being cut by the Cleveland Browns and it’s unlikely that he’d spark much interest if he continues down his current path. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Hottest Photos Of Ronda Rousey On The Internet)

Either way, the AFL wouldn’t be the worst thing for Manziel.
