This wonderful! I was a massage therapist for almost 10 years and have always been sceptical of these types of devices due to the pressure and possibility of further injury. However, after being diagnosed with RA this year I needed to find something that would provide temporary relief when the pain is bad.
This heats up wonderfully, and the balls move in different patterns from eachother with one set moving closer to the spine while the other is further away. So far I’ve found it to be wonderful! I did overdue it the first day and laid on it for too long which caused soreness the next day so just be smart about how long you use it and how much pressure you apply.
