An Associated Press photographer appears to have captured an image of the gunman who reportedly killed Russia’s Ambassador to Turkey Monday.

The photo shows the gunman dressed in a suit, waiting patiently behind Ambassador Andrei Karlov while he delivered a speech at an Ankara art gallery. Karlov reportedly died in the incident, according to Turkish and Russian media reports.
The gunman is reportedly a member of Turkey’s special operations police force, and shouted islamic terrorist affiliated slogans in his shouts.
