Two Democratic senators pledged their support Thursday for Judge Neil Gorsuch’s appointment to the Supreme Court.
Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia tweeted out that we would throw his weight behind President Donald Trump’s pick to fill late Justice Antonin Scalia’s vacancy on SCOTUS.

Thus far, some 33 Democratic senator’s have come out in opposition of Gorsuch’s nomination. The majority of Democrats in the Senate are supporting a filibuster of the vote to appoint Gorsuch, including: Sen. Al Franken, Sen. Cory Booker, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Manchin is not the only Democratic senator affirming Gorsuch, North Dakota Sen. Heidi Heitkamp will also be among Democrats supporting the nomination.
