A blimp caught fire and crashed at the US Open Thursday in Hartford, Wisconsin.
Twitter user Madison Seigworth captured video of the horrifying event at Erin Hills golf course, and posted it to the internet with the caption, “Just got to the #USOpen and the blimp caught fire and crashed. People parachuted out.”
People can be heard in the video saying people within the blimp parachuted out, but it’s unclear in the 20-second video how many people were in the blimp or if all the parachutes successfully deployed.
