This week’s twentysomething substitute high school teacher busted for allegedly traumatizing a male teen student with sex romps at her house in a tiny Michigan town is Allyson Brittany Moran.
Moran, 26, was a long-term substitute teacher and girls soccer coach at Stockbridge High School in Stockbridge, Michigan when, investigators say, she traumatized the male teen — twice — with sex.
Police in Decatur, Illinois arrested Moran late last week. She then waived extradition and was transported back to Michigan on Monday, reports the Lansing State Journal.
The alleged hookups occurred back in April inside the cozy confines of Moran’s home in Dansville (pop.: 555).
Moran had been working as a long-term substitute and soccer coach at Stockbridge High for part of the 2016-17 academic year.
The student decided to confess his fling with the twentysomething teacher in August.
Moran then also admitted to a detective that she and the male teen had sex, according to the Herald & Review, a Decatur newspaper.
Investigators have not disclosed the age of the student except to say he was younger than 18 when the sex frolics allegedly happened.
Moran is no longer teaching or coaching at the taxpayer-funded high school. Technically, she was employed by a staffing company and not by the school district.
The charges against Moran include three felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a student. There is also a fourth-degree, sex-related misdemeanor charge.
Moran spent the weekend in a jail in Decatur and arrived at the Ingham County Jail in Michigan on Monday evening.
She was released after posting a $7,500 bail set by a district judge in Michigan.
Moran’s preliminary hearing is slated for Oct. 5.
